OBZ: Stefano oder Bandoch, was wäre jetzt richtig?
STEFANO: Jakub Stefano is name for my online work, it was kinda given to me when i started webcamming. With my model and fitness work i use my real name Jakub Bandoch.

OBZ: Glückwunsch! Als Model haben Sie schon viel erreicht. Wie sind sie zu Ihrer Arbeit als Models gekommen?
STEFANO: Thank you, I dont really think I did achieved much and there is still much more for me I would like to reach… I started in Czech when I was 19 won most favourite user of one small social network so I did figure out people might like my pictures… As well I started compete in fitness so I got contacts in that field when I entered model universe contest in Miami.

OBZ: Wie sind Sie damals nach Amerika gekommen?
STEFANO: That was how I got to USA fitness /model contest, back there was not physique division at all… Since then I made friends and contacts and I keep coming to USA especially LA all the time.

OBZ: Sie trainieren viel, sind sehr muskulös. Wie viele Stunden in der Woche halten sie sich fit? Welche Trainingsarten machen Sie?
STEFANO: I started in gym when I was 14 so its awhile. At this point of my life I just try keep fit and maitain… I train 4-5times a week in gym. Twice a week have MMA training, twice core training and play soccer once and beach volleyball once a week so as u can see I love sport and gym. Its never been a hard for me motivate myself I just love it… About kind of work out I believe people should try little bit of everything… every type of working out can be good… i have tried yoga , pilates crossfit and done it for a bit… What I´m trying to say your body should be multifunction in all ways… thats the best way for me.

OBZ: Können sie unseren Lesern einige Tipps geben, wie sich selber fit halten und welches Training am effektivsten ist?
STEFANO: How to keep fit?: D Well main point is food, there is no magic trick. Eat clean and healthy and thats how your body, skin and mind will be. But since u wanna little advice. For me best way it work when I try to be in top shape is morning carido about 40min, I like HIIT type of cardio and work out in evening. Its hard if u dont have gym in your complex or u live in huge city and cant run outsite, but it works great and energize your day too. And of course diet!!

OBZ: Natürlich sind Sie auch Fitnesstrainer. Erzählen Sie uns doch bitte etwas über Ihr Programm. Wer kann Sie alles Buchen? Wo kann man sich informieren?
STEFANO: Well I dont really train people anymore, little too busy for it. And as well too much travelling.

OBZ: Sie gehen sogar noch einen Schritt weiter. Im Netz gibt es professionelle Filme von Ihnen zu sehen, auf denen Sie masturbieren. Darf man Sie auch schon als Erotikdarsteller bezeichnen? Gab es auch schon mal Angebote für Filme (Erotik oder sogar Pornos)? Würden Sie so weit auch noch gehen? Straight or Gay?
STEFANO: Yeah sure I have done one solo movie and some are the webcam recorded vids (illegal ones). I Do webcam thats the fact and Im not shy about my body… but i would never do porn any type of porn, and believe me i got and very big offers but its not no my way and never will be…

OBZ: Mit wem würden sie gerne mal zusammen arbeiten?
STEFANO: there is lot of people I admire and respect professionally hard to choose one.

OBZ: Was war das peinlichste was Ihnen im Leben passiert ist?
STEFANO: Ah well hard to say nothing I would rember till now I guess lolol but sure we all do mistakes…

OBZ: Waren sie schon mal in Deutschland?
STEFANO: Yeah couple times .My last visit was Munich, what a beautiful city I loved it!

OBZ: Haben sie ein Traumprojekt?
STEFANO: Yes I do and gotta start working on in… Its in progress. Not going to say what is it but u will see!

OBZ: Haben sie Vorbilder? Welche?
STEFANO: My kid idol was Shaq O´Neal lol yeah I played basketball, But there is lot of people who I look up and they inspire me..Just name few Steph Curry, The Rock, Elon Musk, Jiri deniska Prochazka (Czech MMA fighter).

OBZ: Sie haben jetzt die Möglichkeit Ihren Fans, Ihren Freunden, Ihrer Familie und allen anderen etwas mitzuteilen (Danke…). Was möchten Sie sagen?
STEFANO: AH wow this is little too personal, but they know what I feel and it doesnt need to be said by words anyway.

OBZ: Was können wir von Ihnen in Zukunft erwarten?
STEFANO: I dont really wanna tell, but u can be sure Im that type of person who never stops and want more in life much more.
